We are getting high volume of orders and fulfillment timelines in certain cases may vary depending on the availability of the item.

Shipping & Delivery takes no more than 8-12 working days in normal circumstances. This means 3-5 working days for manufacturing and further 5-7 working days for delivery unless some exception arises such as natural disaster or unavailability of certain patterns or raw material which is instantly being updated to the buyer.

Our shipping cut-off time is 6pm (GMT 00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (also known as Western European Time or UTC) and British Summer Time (UTC+01:00) (also known as Western European Summer Time) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 6 pm will be processed on the next business day.

We use express courier services for delivery worldwide such as Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, or SkyNet.

For orders above £99 the shipping is FREE, no matter how many products are bought.

During sale time delivery may take longer. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
